1. Definitions

  • "Norshundar", "we", "us", "our" — the company operating the platform.
  • "User", "you" — any individual who accesses or uses our platform.
  • "Salon Partner" — any salon or beauty professional registered on Norshundar.
  • "Services" — the booking, discovery, and management features provided by Norshundar.
  • "Platform" — the Norshundar website and/or mobile application.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use Norshundar. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful. Norshundar reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • You may not create accounts using automated means or under a false identity.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Bookings & Appointments

Norshundar is a marketplace platform that facilitates bookings between users and salon partners. We do not directly provide salon or beauty services.

  • Bookings are confirmed only when you receive a confirmation notification.
  • The quality and availability of services are the responsibility of the salon partner.
  • Norshundar is not liable for any service quality issues or disputes arising from appointments.
  • Arrival more than 15 minutes late may result in appointment cancellation at the salon's discretion.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Users may cancel or reschedule appointments through the platform subject to each salon's cancellation policy.
  • Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the appointment may be subject to a fee set by the salon.
  • Norshundar is not responsible for refunds on services already rendered.
  • In case of a no-show, the salon may mark the booking as completed without refund.

6. Payments

  • All transactions are processed securely through trusted third-party payment gateways.
  • Norshundar does not store full card details on its servers.
  • Prices displayed are set by salon partners and may change without notice.
  • Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 7–14 business days.

7. Salon Partner Obligations

Salon partners registered on Norshundar agree to:

  • Provide accurate, up-to-date information about services, pricing, and availability.
  • Honor confirmed bookings made through the platform.
  • Maintain professional conduct and comply with all applicable laws and health regulations.
  • Not engage in misleading advertising or fraudulent activity.

8. Reviews & Content

  • Reviews must be honest, based on genuine experiences, and free of offensive language.
  • Norshundar reserves the right to remove any review that violates these guidelines.
  • You grant Norshundar a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display content you submit.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Norshundar platform — including logos, design, text, graphics, and software — is the property of Norshundar or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce or distribute content without express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Norshundar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or the services of any salon partner. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Norshundar in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Norshundar at any time, with or without cause and notice. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
