Yes! Signing up and browsing salons on Norshundar is completely free for customers.
You only pay for the salon services you book.
We currently operate in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, and Khulna. We are
expanding rapidly — new cities are added regularly. Enable location access to see
salons near you.
Allow location access when prompted on our homepage. Norshundar uses your GPS to
display the closest available salons on an interactive map. You can also search
by name or address using the search bar.
Yes. Every salon goes through a verification process before being listed. We also
display real customer reviews and ratings so you can make an informed choice.
Log in, find a salon near you, select your desired service and staff member, then
choose an available date and time slot. Confirm your booking — you'll receive a
confirmation notification instantly.
Yes. Go to My Bookings in your dashboard, select the appointment,
and choose Cancel or Reschedule. Cancellations within 2 hours of the appointment
may incur a fee set by the salon.
Yes! We send email and app notifications to remind you of upcoming appointments.
Make sure your notification settings are enabled for the best experience.
If a salon cancels your booking, you will be notified immediately and any payment
will be fully refunded. You can then rebook with another salon.
Click Appointment on the top navigation. You can register with
your email address or use Google / Facebook for a faster sign-up. Verify your
email and you're ready to book.
On the login page, click Forgot Password. Enter your registered
email address and we'll send you a reset link. The link expires in 60 minutes.
Log in and go to Dashboard → Profile. From there you can update
your name, phone number, profile photo, and other details.
You can delete your account from Dashboard → Profile → Delete Account.
This action is irreversible. If you need help, contact us at
norshundar@gmail.com.
Click Register as a Salon from the login page. Fill in your salon
details, upload photos, set your services and pricing, and submit for review.
Our team will verify and approve your listing within 24–48 hours.
Basic listing is free. Premium features such as priority placement, analytics,
and marketing tools are available on paid plans. Contact us for current pricing.
Absolutely. The Salon Dashboard lets you add staff members, assign services,
set working hours and days off, and view all upcoming bookings in one place.
From your salon dashboard you can view and respond to reviews professionally.
If you believe a review violates our guidelines, you can flag it for our team
to investigate.
We accept major mobile banking services including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket,
as well as debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard). Some salons also accept
cash on arrival.
Yes. All online payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant gateways with
end-to-end encryption. We do not store your card details.
Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days back to your original payment
method, subject to the salon's cancellation policy. Contact our support team
if you face any issue.
Yes. A booking confirmation and payment receipt is emailed to you automatically.
